Frankie “Sirswift” Hernandez is a trailblazer in Breaking, a seasoned entrepreneur, and the visionary CEO behind World Bboy Battle League (WBBL) and World Bboy Battle Foundation (WBBF). From performing alongside Run DMC and other music artist in the 1980s to pioneering Breaking as a professional sport, Frankie’s journey is one of resilience, innovation, and deep commitment to the culture.

After a career-ending injury, he channeled his passion into building a platform for future generations. Through WBBL, he developed a structured competition format and fair judging system, securing ESPN and Tubi distribution and transforming Breaking into a global sport.

Beyond competition, Frankie’s heart lies in community impact. Through WBBF, he mentors young dancers, sponsors athletes and organizers, and leads outreach programs that empower inner-city youth through Breaking, music, and competition. His mission is to give back to the culture that shaped him and create lasting opportunities for others.

With gratitude for the athletes, organizers, and supporters who share his vision, Frankie continues to push Breaking forward—not just as a sport, but as a movement that unites, inspires, and transforms lives.
