The WBBL Youth League introduces Breaking in a structured, safe, and inspiring way. Students learn movement, music, history, sportsmanship, confidence, and competition while building respect for themselves and others.

Week 4 | Footwork patterns, transitions, and floor movement.
Week 5 | Basic freezes, balance, control, and safety.
Week 6 | Strength, stamina, conditioning, and movement drills.
Week 7 | Creativity, personal style, and freestyle development.
Week 8 | Battle basics, confidence, respect, and sportsmanship.
Week 9 | Team practice, cypher work, and performance structure.
Week 10 | Mock battles, feedback, judging, and improvement.
Week 11 | Showcase preparation and final routines.
Week 12 | Final showcase, youth battle event, awards, and celebration.
