I break because it is the art-form through which I can express myself, enjoy myself and inspire others to use their art or passion to find fulfillment and joy like we are supposed to do in this life. To be who we truly are without limits. For training, I usually take about 15 to 20 hours a week. It is not training though, I just dance and enjoy my movements wherever they take me. My greatest on going achievement in this lifestyle is the many beautiful people I get to continuously meet and the many places I have been blessed to visit and experience. To me, breaking is more than a move. It is who we are when we feel the music. It is how I express those emotions when I’m on the floor and it is how I execute those emotions in a battle.
